We work together to obtain optimal wellness for you. I see people of all ages and will help maintain your health. I enjoy doing well baby exams, general health checkups, yearly well women exams (including annual exams) helping both men and women obtain optimal fertility.

Jennifer Ash ND
Dr. Ash grew up in the Olympia area and graduated from the Evergreen State College with a bachelors of science degree concentrating in chemistry and pre-medical studies.
She then completed a course at the Seattle Midwifery School to become a doula.
She graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR with a degree in naturopathic medicine in 2005, completing training with many different doctors. www.ncnm.edu
She spent extra time studying pediatrics, obstetrics, geriatrics, homeopathy and women's health.
She is so happy to be one of the owners of Vibrant Health, an amazing medical facility in Olympia, Washington that offers well rounded holistic healthcare to our area.

Alisha Miller , Office Manager
You can find Alisha at the front desk of Ash Family Medicine/Vibrant Health providing support for our patients and staff. She brings over twenty years of customer service experience and truly enjoys the opportunity to interact with everyone that walks through our doors.
Alisha is a single mama that spends most of her time outside the clinic managing her household, homeschooling her two kids and being the primary caretaker for her son with special needs. When away from her kiddos, she enjoys Pilates and coffee dates with friends.
Alisha brings comfort and ease to Ash Family Medicine. She provides support for the patients and staff as indicated while answering multiple phone calls, scheduling and selling items in our dispensary. Many patients have shared that they enjoy chatting with Alisha before and after their appointments. She frequently receives little goodies and gifts from the sweet people who see her often. She helps with any questions you may have, and will help you find just what you need- whether that is a specialist's phone number, a referral request, refills from your pharmacy, a clarification of your treatment plan or just help with scheduling. Please give her a call if you have questions- if she can't answer right then- she will call you back quickly.
